In March 2023 we onboarded a new client, the trade union Eining-Iðja with their main office in Akureyri.
The implementation is well under way and the objective is for CoreData to replace their shared drives and become their main file storage, contracts management and case management system.

By implementing CoreData the union´s information and files will be better organized and easier to find. The CoreData solution will also be used to manage board meetings and committee meetings and share documents in a secure manner. In the future the plan is to integrate “Mínar síður”, their union members service portal, with CoreData to ensure that their data and documents will be filed in a secure and structured way.

Eining-Iðja is a major trade union providing service in the area of Eyjarfjörður, from Siglufjörður, Ólafsfjörður, Dalvík and Akureyri to Grenivík. Union members at the beginning of this year were 8.226. Eining-Iðja´s main office is located in Akureyri but they also have offices in Dalvík and Fjallabyggð. Fifteen employees are located in the main office in Akureyri, there of four Virk representatives, one works in Dalvík and one in Fjallabyggð.
